We started as an Interior Design company for Hospitality, Residential and luxury Travel called Txengo. Txplus was launched as a sister company, after several of our residential
clients started asking for after care services.
We offer both services under the same roof and principles. We look after your home for you.

Charges for Tenant Lettings Fees for ASTs
There are no fees for Assured Shorthold Tenancies.
Otherwise, the below applies:
£6 (£5 Inc. vat) Contract default advisory fee (per letter or email or call)
£50 (£41.7 Inc. vat) Amendments to Tenancy Agreement*
£50 (£41.7 Inc. vat) Change of occupant*
